We advise on and support the planning and execution of acquisitions, divestitures and takeovers. Together with our clients’ decision-makers, we define specific transaction objectives and criteria, initiate contacts and coordinate all subsequent negotiations and reviews (including due diligence). We also assist in structuring key aspects of the transaction. Finally, we analyse and assess the financial terms of a transaction and, if desired, help identify and secure suitable transaction financing or the reinvestment of the sale proceeds.

We advise on and coordinate our clients’ financing projects, particularly capital market transactions. Working together with the issuing banks already mandated, our aim is to define and shape all relevant aspects of the transaction in the interest of all parties, or to put specific investor relationships on an objective footing and deepen them.

In cooperation with our clients, we develop and support specific measures aimed at sustainably strengthening or monetising a company’s equity value, guided by the principles of sustainable business practice, responsible investment management and good corporate governance.

In consultation with the parties involved, we prepare (preliminary) assessments and, where appropriate, expert opinions for a wide range of M&A and corporate finance transactions and projects.
