Our investment
Based on our professional expertise across many different industry sectors and our experience with complex and challenging transaction issues, we regularly work on a wide range of „standard financial deals“ both domestically as well as cross – border.
In addition – and usually in the context of a „special assignment“ – we also advise and support executive committees or special interest groups on various strategic issues, often in parallel to already mandated investment banks. This incorporates special project work for management, supervisory or trustee boards as well as for a select group of financial sponsors, management teams, proprietors and shareholders. Our assignments in this area may range from handling project related coordination and/or controlling responsibilities, to organizing MBO or MBI transactions, to supporting active shareholder (investor) strategies in special ownership situations, to assuming supervisory board or advisory committee assignments.
